Schools Swimming

School swimming lessons have seen a good year this year two with an over all increase in children meeting the standard of the national curriculum rising by 0.2% to 66.6% from last year. This only meaning the standard of swimming in Pembrokeshire is on the increase and lessening the chance of someone being deprived of the chance to swim.

Future Recommendations

  • Clubs and LTS need to work closely to ensure the flow though of swimmers is of a good level.
  • Attend more competitions outside of Wales.

I would like to round this report off with a thank you to anyone who gives up there own time to volunteer with PCS as it is you who helps keep this program running as well as make the program.

Thanks
