T-Ball
This program is designed specifically for preschool students. The participants will learn very simple batting(off a ‘T’), catching, and throwing skills.
They will also learn the correct base path for base running. Parents are welcome to help with practices.
Please be open-minded and be prepared for all sorts of fun and giggles while you watch your preschooler play his/her first game of T-ball.
Ages: 4 & 5 years old(who have not attended kindergarten)

Coach-Pitch
This program is for all students who have just completed Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grades. The participants will continue to gain skills in the areas of batting, throwing, catching-both fly balls and grounders, base running, and defensive and offensive strategies.
At this age group, the coaches will pitch to all participants. If the batter strikes out, he will hit the ball off the ‘T’. This program is great for the beginner as well as those veterans who have played ball for a couple of years.

BOYS BASEBALL:
Peanuts (3rd & 4th Grade)
Peanuts are designed for boys who are currently in 3rd & 4th Grade. Peanuts continue to concentrate on the basic skills of baseball. Participants will be traveling to various towns in the Mini-Cam League and will have the opportunity to play in ‘real’ game situations. Come on out and support your young Baseball Superstar.

Pee Wees (5th & 6th Grade)
Pee Wees continues the progression and involves boys who are currently in 5th & 6th Grade. This program utilizes student participants as pitchers. This program also travels to various towns in the Mini-Cam League. This program is reflective of what you would consider your ‘traditional’ baseball AND includes much fun and learning for all participants.

This is for boyswho arecurrently in 7th & 8th Grade. Practices will be scheduled if we have enough registered to have a team. Midgets will also play in the Mini Cam League. Fee is $40.00 includes T-shirt.
GIRLS SOFTBALL:
Peanuts (3rd & 4th Grade)
Peanuts are designed for girls who are currently in 3rd & 4thThe Peanuts will play in a League and travel. This league is primarily ‘Coach-Pitch’, yet the young athletes will be developing their skills in pitching, catching, fielding, base running, and batting.
Practice: Mondays and Wednesdays

Balaton Participants:
Bussing will be provided again this year by Community Transit. Lions Park in Balaton will be the pick-up and drop off location. Times will be determined.
Fill out registration form on back and turn into the Community Education office or your child’s school office by the May 6thdeadline. Use one registration form per child.
