In 2017 the Michael Lowinger Shield, presented by Daniel Lowinger, Michael’s son, goes to the U10 Rockets.

Max Stern Perpetual Shield for the most outstanding junior squad.

In 2017 the Max Stern Shield goes to the U14 Blue team.

NCMJFC President’s Bowl for the most outstanding girl’s squad


In 2017 the Presidents Bowl goes to the U10/11 Girls team.

Bernie Weis Coaching Excellence Award

In 2017 the Bernie Weiss Coaching Excellence award, presented by Bernie Weiss, goes to Anthony Jaye.

Reagan Milstein Distinction Award

This year the Reagan Milstein Distinction award goes to Bernie Weiss.

General Business:

·  2018 registrations should be open in Nov’ likely to be $50 increase due to admin needs as discussed earlier

·  Ofer Elboher suggested that a greater vision for the club is required to increase the quality of football; need for extra training in the off season; lack of grounds are the biggest problem; football department is always happy to listen to the needs of particular teams and help devise a program for them

·  General question about the role of team coaches versus SDP coaches; explained that it is the aim of the club to have all coaches trained up in SDP ways so that teams can be trained by their own coach and a SDP coach
