(SS)It went good though it didn’t seem very organized, but that was because the person who was in charge of it at OSA has never put on something like this before. Spencer had hoped it would have been a little more ridiculous. Thank you to Tally, Michelle, and Mikey who helped us set up and tear down.

(SS)The competition ends on Friday and right now we have clear winners, but that could change. We still need ideas for prizes; the ideas we came up with at the meeting our ipod shuffle, super soaker, smart wool socks, Ask a Ninja (book), and water balloons to go with a summer theme of prizes.

(TQ)Trey called and got it set up for May 5th from 10pm-11pm. We will be going to the bookstore to buy prizes to give out.

(TQ)We won last week even with Trey, Emily, and I gone by 1 point. This week our game is at 7pm after Pie Your RA. We also ordered the t-shirts so are just waiting for those to come in.

  1. RHA Campaign LanyardsS (2 min)

(SS)I put the last phase of fliers up during my office hours, but they still need to be put up in Alpine. We also contacted the bookstore about buying lanyards and said that we want 2000 lanyards for no more than $200.

  1. Pie Your RAE (2min)

(EB)It is this week on Thursday, outside of the Lodge. Right now we have 6 RAs signed up from 5:00-5:45pm and Russ still has our whip cream.

(EB)Mugs- we sat in the Lodge all last week and it didn’t go to well. We were going to send out fliers to parents but we don’t have enough time. Sabrina from the ROAR office sent out the email to all the faculty and staff so we will see how that goes.

Pizza Hut- Called in and left a message

Papa John’s- Does discounts but not fundraisers

Chipotle- Can’t do because they only do them once a month and are booked until June which is too late.

Panera- Can’t do because we’d have to pre-sell coupons for bread

Fazolli’s- We would have to pre-sell tickets for a spaghetti dinner that they would do here or would have to sell coupons that are redeemable for 30 days after they buy them.

We need/should call Chick-Fil-A, Boriello Bro.’s, and Louie’s Pizza

Trey’s Advocacy meeting will meet this Tuesday at 2pm in the RHA office

(SS & EB)Programming/Fundraising will meet Tuesday at 5pm to talk about fundraisers and the Spring Carnival to possibly do tye-dye t-shirts.

Foodies(TQ)- They met last Thursday and it went good. It was the last meeting for the year but everyone enjoyed it this year and it will continue on next year.
