AGREEMENT FOR RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY
I request the privilege of participating in cross-country horseback riding and foxhunting with Caza Ladron, Inc., its members and guests. I fully understand that cross-country horseback riding and foxhunting (which includes riding over fences, other obstacles, and rough terrain) are very dangerous activities. I wish to participate in these activities knowing they are dangerous and I accept and assume all the risks of injury (including death) to me and/or to my property from participating in these activities.
As consideration to Caza Ladron, Inc., its members, guests and landowners for being permitted to participate in these activities, for myself, my heirs, guardians, and legal representatives, I release Caza Ladron, Inc., its members, guests and landowners from, and agree not to make or bring, any claim I may have or acquire against Caza Ladron, Inc., its masters, officers, directors, members, employees, or guests or any landowners, landholders or other persons making property available for Caza Ladron, Inc., for any injury (including death) to me or any damage to my property arising out of, or proximately caused by, any negligent action or inaction not specifically intended to cause harm to me and/or my successors in interest. I also agree to hold harmless and indemnify them for any expenses they may reasonably incur in defending against any such claims.
