Elgin ASC invites you to their Meet, which will be held at Buckie Leisure Centre on Saturday 17thand Sunday 18th March 2018.

AGE GROUPS10/11, 12/13, 14/15, 16/18 Years and Open events.
Age is last day of meet–18th March 2018.
EVENTS50m events and 200m events for all strokes, 400m Freestyle and 400 IM. Please see attached sheet for order of events.The 10-13 200m Butterfly and all 14-18 200m events will be swum with age groups combined, with each age group having an equal number of swimmers, where possible.
All events will be HDW, other than the Open 50m Free event which will be swum as Heats and Finals, with the Heats in the morning session and the Final being swum in the afternoon. Please note that the minimum age for Open events is 10 years. Entries will not be accepted from composite teams.

Entry TimesNo consideration times have been set for the meet. Elgin ASC reserves the right to restrict the number of heats in any event/s, reserves the right to swim a slower heat for their swimmers and reserves the right to fill any empty lanes with Elgin swimmers.
Entry Fee£6.50 for all 400m and 200m events. £4.50 for all50m events.
AccreditationApplication for Accreditation is being made to the North District under SASA rules; therefore all competitors must be members of SASA. Licence no: L2/ND/024/MAR18.
MedalsMedals will be present to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

A shield will be presented to the winners of the 400m Open Freestyle and IM events.
The shields are to be returned to Elgin ASC by the 31st January 2019.
Plates will be awarded to the best boy and girl in age groups 10/11, 12/13, 14/15, 16/18 based on results of 200m events only.
WithdrawalsWithdrawals should be notified to the recorders desk at least one hour prior to the start of the appropriate session.
