Within 40 years Mariupol repair plantis engaged in agriculture complex maintenance service of and provides the agriculture enterprises with repair work. At the plant major overhaul of tractors and combines hydraulic units, an autotractor electric equipment, electric motors and welding equipment is made.
After the reorientation and diversification ofmanufactures there is now works the versatile repair plant which is carrying out diagnostics and delivery of spare parts for the metallurgical equipment, mining-transporting complexes, chemical enterprises and a railway transportation.
Since new enterprise activity spheres are directed on manufacture and repair of heavy mechanical engineering products and are not absolutely in accordance with traditional assortment of services, Board of shareholders has accepted the decision to sell several equipment complexes in the form of the ready finished industrial lines for manufacture and repair of following kinds of production:
1. The equipment complex for manufacture and repair of oil gearpumps of type NSh-10, NSh-32, NSh-50, NSh-67, NSh-100.
Capacity - 100000 pieces per year.
Structure of the equipment:
1. Foundry and thermal manufacture for moulding aluminium cases, plugs, covers.
2. A line on machining of aluminium cases, covers, plugs and other aluminium and color alloys details of pumps.
3. A gear manufacture line.
4. The testing equipment.
5. The thermal equipment.
6. The complete set of auxiliary equipment for repair of pumps.
2. The equipment complex for repair of hydrodistributors, plungerpairs, etc.
Capacity - 80000 pieces per year.
Structure of the equipment:
1. Detonation sputtering installation.
2. A line on machining of hydrodistributors details and assembly of finished products.
3. The testing equipment.
4. The complete set of auxiliary equipment for repair of hydrodistributors.
3. The equipment complex for manufacture of PVC tubes, PVC pipes and a polyethylene film.
Structure of the equipment:
1. Installation on manufacture of PVC tube in diameter 2 - 30 mm.
Capacity - from 70 up to 150 tonsper year depending on diameter of a tube.
2. Installation on manufacture of PVC tube in diameter 2 - 30 mm.
Capacity - from 70 up to 150 tonsper year depending on diameter of a tube.
3. Installation on manufacture of PVC pipe in diameter 5 - 120 mm.
Capacity - 400 tons per year.
4. Installation on manufacture of a polyethylene film in width of 1000 mm.
Capacity - 300 tons per year.
We are ready to make dismantling, preservation and shipment of the equipment. At will of the customer we can carry out installation, chief assemblyand adjusting in a place of manufacture layout according to the specifications and technical documentation.
