please fill in the form and return to the school office. All payments will be via Parentpay, please follow details below. This form can bedownloaded

I UNDERSTAND THAT ALL FEES PAID ARE NON REFUNDABLE EVEN IF MY CHILD IS ILL OR CHANGES THEIR MIND FOR ATTENDING. THERE MAY BE, ON OCCASION, WHEN A CLUB HAS TO BE CANCELLED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES OUT OF OUR CONTROL. IF THIS HAPPENS, FEES ARE ALSO NON REFUNDABLE.

I understand that places are offered on a first come/first served basis and I will need to collect my child promptly as the coaches may need to go onto another venue.

2. / A text will be sent to you if your child has been allocated a place. Once you receive this text the payment(s) will need to be paid directly onto Parentpay within 3 days. If payment(s) have not been received within this time, the place will be offered to the next child on the waiting list.
