CIRCULAR TO PARENTS (NEW ADMISSIONS)

Dear Parent,

First of all a very warm greetings to one and all and welcome to the New Academic Session 2015-2016, my sincere thanks for extending your support for the smooth and successful completion of the session 2014-2015.

Following are the guidelines for the Academic session 2015-2016, to be adhered to by the students and the parents in a strict manner

New Academic session 2015-2016 starts from - 06/03/2015 (FRIDAY)

SCHOOL TIMINGS

School Timings from 06-03-2015:

Nursery, LKG & UKG: 8.15 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Monday to Friday

I to X: 8.15 a.m. to 3.00 p.m

Saturday School Timings (Nursery to X): 8.15 a.m. to 1.00 p.m

SCHOOL HOLIDAYS: Apart from holidays mentioned in the diary, school remains closed on 10/3/2015, 12/3/2015, 14/3/2015, 16/3/2015, 19/3/2015 & 4/4/2015 as Hindu Public School is a centre for conduction of AISSE / AISSCE (CBSE) Class X & XII board examinations.

Formative Assessment-I (FA1) For the Academic year 2015-2016 is scheduled

from 15-4-2015 to 21-4-2015.

Report cards for FA1 examination will be issued on 27-04-2015 (MONDAY)

FEE STRUCTURE: The following is the fee structure for the academic session 2015-2016. Fees is to be paid on terminal basis as given below.

Mode of payment:

 All fee is payable through BANK. (TIMINGS I0 AM TO 1 PM)

Tution and transport fee to be paid within 15days from the date of issue of challan, if not a penalty of Rs.50/- shall be levied per week

NO RELAXATION IN PAYMENT OF FINE IF ANY

SCHOOL UNIFORM/DRESS CODE:

Following is the school uniform specification prescribed by the management which has to be strictly followed

Girls: Off white, Grey and black combination checks below knee skirt (middi type) with front flap and shoulder straps. Bluish white collared blouse with house wise coloured school logo on left sleeve.

Boys: Deep Blue, wide spread white lines Nicker (upto class VI) pant (classes VII TO X) Bluish white collared shirt with house wise coloured logo on left sleeve.

SCHOOL UNIFORM/DRESS CODE (NURSERY, LKG & UKG):

THRUSDAY / CEREMONIAL DAYS UNIFORM (I to X)

Girls: Multi coloured checks skirts with house wise coloured half sleeves shirt with school logo on left sleeve.

Boys: I to VI: Multi coloured checks nicker with house wise coloured half sleeves shirt with school logo on left sleeve.

VII to X: Multicoloured checks pant with house wise coloured half sleeves shirt with school logo on left sleeve.

SHOES:

Girls: Black leather belt shoes with Navy blue socks on all the except Thursday.

On Thursday white canvas shoes with lace and white socks.

Boys: Black leather shoes with Navy blue socks on all the days except Thursday.

On Thursdays white canvas shoes with lace and white socks.

Note: No action shoes or any other style of shoes is permitted.

No torn Shoes or Socks are permitted.

SCHOOL UNIFORM/DRESS CODE(XI to XII)

Girls: Black pant and pinkish red Kurta with school logo on left sleeve.

Boys: Black pant and pinkish red Shirt with school logo on left sleeve.

HAIR STYLE

Boys should maintain short hair cut throughout the year.

Girls-(a) with long hair must put two plaits and tie them up with black ribbons on all days except Thursday.

On Thursday white ribbon.

(b) With short hair that cannot be tied up, must plait and put ribbons according to the uniform (black on all days, white on Thursday) with very short hair can either put one pony (with broad rubber bands-black on all days, white on Thursday) or wear hair bands(black on all days, white on Thursday)

FOR YOGA: Yoga is a mandatory activity introduced in the school (for students V to X). During the Yoga period (according to the fixed timetable) the girls need to wear dark blue (blackish blue)

SLACKS under their skirts (shorter than skirts)

Note: No student with slacks longer than their skirt is permitted to attend class.

HOUSE WISE DIVISION OF STUDENTS

Students of all classes (I to X) are divided into four different houses as follows

  • Old students will continue with the same house.
  • For Class - I students and New Admission students houses shall be allotted.

BOOKS STALL

Books stall will be kept open from 03/3/2015 from 1.30 p.m To 5.00 p.m everyday up to 20/3/2015 only.

NOTE

 Students must attend classes from the 1st day of the new session regularly and in a punctual way.

 Students without books will not be permitted to attend classes.

 Parents of I and II class Students will submit notebooks to the class Teachers, on 6/3/2015 between 9.00 A.M. to 11.00 A.M. as for these classes all the note books are maintained in the classes itself.

 The rest of the instructions are put in the student’s diary, all parents need to go through the same carefully.
