UNDERTAKING
1. I ______s/o d/o ______do hereby solemnly declare that my sole intension to join Hamdard University, Islamabad Campus is to earnestly devote myself only to curricular and co-curricular activities, and I will not deviate from this declaration in any case either by my own or by force of any group or ideology.
2. I also declare that I will not involve in:
a. Politics or join any political / religious party, group or organization.
b. Any undesirable activity such as brawls, altercations or physical fights.
c. Any other activity falling outside the purview of academic activities.
d. Any other activity reflects adversely on the reputation of the University.
3. I understand and accept that it is the right of the University to take any disciplinary action if I am involved in plagiarism, action or deeds contrary to the moral ethical norms of the university and any kind of act of un-ethical conduct.
4. I, further declare that I have enough financial recourse to meet the academic expenses including teaching fee, books and supplies etc.
5. I, also undertake to pay tuition fee, and other administrative charges regularly by the due date, failing which I would be liable to pay late fee.
6. I have read all the rules of the university given in the prospectus: I am responsible to read all the rules notified from time to time and the changes therein. Further, it is my responsibility to seek clarification of rules that I could not interpret or could not find in the prospectus but are part of the university status.
7. That all admissions granted are provisional and HUIC reserves the right to cancel admission of any student for indiscipline, violation rules, provident wrong information are incomplete documentation or any other reason not mention herein.
8. I respect the honor and dignity of the management, faculty, staff, administrator and fellow students.
9. Hamdard University reserves the right to change course requirement, fee, course nomenclature, class schedule, venue etc. at any time. Student admitted to HUIC have to avoid by all academic administrative rules as approved or modified by the university or HUIC management committee from time to time.
10. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of the information in the university prospectus. The university can accept no responsibility for any errors or omissions. The university reserves the rights to alter, amend or modify without notice or obligation any of the content published herein or otherwise advertised.
11. In case of any ambiguity or nonexistence of rules for certain situations, the final authority for the interpretation and provision shall rest with the university whose decision shall be binding and conclusive for all parties concerned.
12. If I am found involved in any unlawful activity in contravention of the above terms and conditions at any stage during my stay at HUIC, the institute shall have the right to cancel my admission without notice.
13. Fee paid is not refundable.
