AeroPersonnel Global – Pilot Qualification Report

The following guidelines will assist you fill the Pilot Qualification Report. The accuracy of this information is critical for the selection process. While avoiding unnecessary data entry, please make sure you are presenting the full picture as it relates to the position you are applying for. Please read these guidelines carefully before filling the form.

Registration steps: The application/registration for pilots counts nine easy steps and three will necessitate a review of your aviation documents and flight records. This document is formatted as a MS Word document. You can fill it on your computer or print and fill it by hand. Pre-filling it will facilitate and speed your online data entry process.

Multiple selections: Aircraft type and employment fields are multiple selections fields. On PC computers, hold down the Control (ctrl) key while making your selections. On Macintosh computers, hold down the Command key () while making your selection.

Mandatory fields: An asterisk to the right of an entry field indicates a mandatory field. If the data of a mandatory field does not apply to you, just enter the numeral zero in a numeric field or the date 01/01/1900 in a date field. Dates are entered as mm/dd/yyyy.

Step 1 - Contact Information
- List residence phone number and, if available, your mobile number.
- Date of birth is essential for pilots as many jurisdictions do not allow pilots aged 60 and above to fly on scheduled passenger services.
Step 2 - Education
- Start with the latest courses and institutions.
- List type rating courses and other significant courses in the Other Training section starting with the latest ones. Send this information on a separate attachment if there is insufficient space. Title this document “Surname Name Initial, TypeTraining.doc”.
Step 4 – Employment History
- Start listing your employment history with the latest employment. Send this information on a separate attachment if there is insufficient space. Title this document “Surname Name Initial, AddEmployment.doc”. (The last employer is never contacted without candidate approval, if the candidate is still employed there).
- List start and end date of employment for each employer.
- For contract employment, list agency and airline for each contract.
- List aircraft flown and position for each employer.
- Do not leave any holes of more than a few months in your employment time line. Indicate what you were doing if out of aviation.
Step 4 – Licenses
- In the case of a license validation, indicate in the type rating field on which license it is based on.
- If you hold more than one license, make sure that type ratings specific to each license are listed only to the license they relate to. / Step 5 – Flight Time Summary
- Enter only the flight time summaries (in whole hours) that relate to your personal experience and/or the position you are applying for.
Step 6 – Aircraft Type Flight Time
- Start listing your flight time on the last aircraft you flew and go back from there.
- Enter only the most relevant or equivalent category of aircraft as they relate to the position you are applying for.
- Date of last proficiency check and last flight are important and should be entered.
Step 7 – Other Qualifications
- Select all the aircraft for which each listed qualification applies.
- You can select more than one aircraft per qualification as the case may apply.
Step 8 – Management Experience
- Indicate your management experience as the case may apply in each of the relevant categories.
Step 9 – Document Upload
- Three documents of up to five MB can be uploaded at the same time. Click on the “Browse” button to navigate on your computer to your documents to select them for upload.
- Repeat as necessary to upload all your documents.
