Electronics such as computers, radios, cd players, etc are NOT being taken at the transfer station. HEADS UP!

The Community Forest has 500 chestnut tree seedlings coming this spring to be planted in 3 different research plots. If it ever stops snowing and the ground thaws out, we’re shooting for a big planting party on Earth Day, Saturday April 22nd. Many hands will make light work so if you’re interested in doing something special and local for Earth Day, let Judy Dann (234-2987) know and she’ll let you know details when the times gets closer.

I.F. & W. INFO-

When purchasing a used Boat, ATV, and/or Snowmobile take some time to check out any

and all expired stickers on the boat or machine. Write down the stickers numbers along with the year expiration. This will ensure we are registering the correct recreation vehicle. Sometimes the VIN # is hard to find or written down wrong. Using existing sticker numbers will make your transaction easier and less time consuming.

YARD SALE SEASON IS ALMOST UPON US!!!

The Town wide Yard Sale will be held in September. If you are having your own yard sale, please let us know so your address can be put on the map. If you want to just get rid of stuff as you are spring cleaning, we would take it off your hands and store it down cellar at the town office. You would be donating the proceeds to a number of town organizations or you could choose which organization you would like your proceeds to go to.
