Representing the client for the project management overseeing the MEP consultant, main contractor, subcontractor specialists and third party inspectors for the two sites which consists of 50 floors plus 3 basement levels for each of the five hotel high rise towers(Marriot Renaissance, Marriot Courtyard, Shangri-La, Rotana, Merweb 5-Star Hotels). The project also consists of podiums on each site, 7 storeys above ground level with 3 levels of parking basements finance by Al Rayyan Tourism Investment Company(ARTIC) owned by Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al-Thani and Al Faisal Holdings. Assist and occasionally presides weekly MEP technical meetings, QA/QC meetings, workshop/statatury requirement meetings and monitoring of MEP work activity programs to ensure consultant and MEP contractors are in conformance of the project target completion dates and complies with the project specifications.
