Itis importantforyourstudentstounderstandthatmostU.S.medical insurancepoliciesdoNOTinclude coverageoutsideoftheStates. Shouldtheyneedtoseekmedicalattentionorrequireemergency treatment,nothaving medicalcoveragewillresult inthembeingpersonally liableforallexpensesoutof pocket.Therefore,travel insuranceisasessentialasyourpassportregardless of yourtravel destination.

ByhavingyourstudentsignupforSTEP,theywillreceivethelatesttravelupdatesandinformationwhilealsoregistering themwith aU.S. EmbassyorConsulate whentravelingabroad.
