A panel of 3 judges will independently score images using a scoring scale of 1 to 9 and submit their scores to the Selection Committee who will then tabulate the cumulative score. Images will be accepted for entry based on their score ranking (high to low).
Photographers will be advised, by email, whether or not their images have been accepted for inclusion in the exhibition by November 10th, 2014.
Images that are accepted for inclusion in the exhibition are conditionally accepted pending a review of the actual framed print.
The Selection Committee will conditionally accept approximately 10% more images than can fit on the galleries walls. These images will be upgraded and displayed if any previously accepted image doesn’t meet the criteria for a finished framed print and is disqualified.
Once the juried selection is made and photographers are notified that their image has been accept for exhibition, arrangements will be made for the delivery of the final framed print and return of any unsold print at the closing of the exhibition.
