If I am accepted into thisIntensive Summer Course 2017 “Advancing Disaster Risk Reduction to Enhance Sustainable Development in a Changing World”, I acknowledge that I will be required to sign a photographic, audio, video, and testimonial release form upon my arrival at the UN Campus in Bonn. Signing of the form will grant UNU permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or videotape without payment or any other consideration, as well as quotations I make during the duration of the course.

The use of photos, audio recordings, statements, and/or video footage on the UNU official website or websites of our partner organizations; leaflets and/or flyers; presentations; and other promotion material exclusively dedicated to the marketing and promotion of our UNU educational programmes.

I herby certify that I am willing to sign such a release form upon my arrival at the course, for the purpose(s) described above.

  1. Résumé/CV: A current résumé or CV including a chronological listing of employment and other significant activities. (REQUIRED)

Motivation letter: Applicants must provide awritten statement, one to two pages in length, describing their motivation, relevance of their research/educational background and practical experience to the Course, and why they feel participation in this course is relevantto their future work. (REQUIRED)
