Advance notice of new NHS GGC Modern Apprenticeships vacancies to be advertised mid- April
Please note that we will be looking to recruit to a number of apprenticeship opportunities mid –April. We hope to have the full details available on our website on Friday 17th April. Any assistance you can offer in highlighting the forthcoming opportunities to young people aged 16-24, or partner agencies you have contacts with, would be appreciated.
Full details of the job roles, sites, salary, requirements and expectations, and the application form, will be posted on our website on/around 17th April (an update email will be sent when the advert goes live).
· Two year administration apprenticeship based within Glasgow City CHP at Templeton Business Centre. Minimum entry requirements: National 5 (or equivalent) in English Grade A-C and two other National 4 qualifications (or equivalent). An information session will be held for interested applicants on 6th May.
· Four year engineering and plumbing apprenticeships based in a range of hospital sites across the NHS GGC area (including Greenock, Paisley and Glasgow sites). Minimum entry requirements: 5 x National 5 qualifications (or equivalent) – must include English, Maths, Science/Technical subject and two others. Information session will be held on Monday 27th April for all interested applicants.
· Two year apprentice assistant technical officer post in Cardiac Physiology based at Stobhill Hospital. Minimum entry requirement of 3 x National 4 qualifications (or equivalent) – one of which must be English. Information session will take place on Friday 1st May for interested applicants.
We strongly recommend that interested applicants come along to the relevant information session provided for these posts. Details of how spaces at these sesions can be booked will be provided in the detailed information packs which will be available when the adverts go live.
