May 25, 2016.
Nominees who wish to allow their name to stand as a nominee for election to the Skate Kingston Board of Directors for the 2016 - 2017 skating year must accept in writing no later than 7 days prior to the AGM being held on May 25th, 2016.
Additional nominations may be submitted to either Amy Hamilton or to Lisa Porter no later than 7 days prior to the AGM. Any additional nominees must also accept in writing no later than 7 days prior to the AGM in order for their name to stand as a Nominee. Nominations from the floor at the AGM will not be accepted. Elections, if required, will take place at the Annual General Meeting of Skate Kingston.
