Sing Yourself Well!

Adult Summer

Singing Workshop

July 22-26, 2013

“Research shows that regularly belting out a song or two promotes a healthy lymphatic system, boosts lung capacity, clears sinuses, enhances mental alertness, reduces stress, improves posture, and oxygenates the blood… If you’re doing your singing in a choir, you get the added psychological benefits of a strengthened sense of community, belonging and shared endeavour.” ~ Vicki Grant
