Minutes from Nov 8th was postponed.

v  Jo Ann:

1. We are in the process of updating the legally required board policies and procedures.

2. Tom - do we know why the power was out in three of the buildings over the weekend? Tom said, no.

3. Tom & Rob - need a list of all the vacancies and outs in your area by this afternoon.

Committee Reports/Division Issues:

v  Tom, Bob & Rob:

1. We are working on the logistics of doing the 12kv switch for the gym project.

2. Working on the Communications building.

3. Questions will be approved for the Operations Supervisor position this week. We should have the new hire by February.

v  Babs:

1.  ITS has unlocked absence reporting program. We are currently updating the file.

2.  Momi will be leaving end of this month. We are cross training other employees on her job duties.

3.  Payroll is very busy with the holiday schedule.

v  Art:

1. Winter registration is continuing.

2. Spring registration just started.

3. We are building out the portal.

4. Working on populating the fields for the Canvas system. Pilot program will begin for Winter session. Etudes will still be around until 2018.

v  Mike:

1. Campus Police update.

2. Safety Forum today at 1pm and 6pm.

3. Staffing: we have two positions at the Torrance site and one position at the Compton Center sire in the interview process.

v  Julie & Andy:

1. Getting to the end of the semester, book-buy back, rental returns and getting everything ready for Winter and Spring session.
