Experience: / Brydget has been a construction adjudicator since its inception in Queensland. She has determined the full range of matters and in one year decided the highest value dispute involving some $42M.
Brydget has run her dispute resolution practice since 2001 in NT and Qld and conducted a large proportion of her work in NSW.
Brydget is an internationally recognised mediator having managed the development of the National Court Mediation Service in Papua New Guinea for the International Finance Corporation. She has managed mining arbitration disputes and hundreds of insurance matters through med/arb processes.
Brydget has wide experience in determining matters through her Tribunal, Commission, Panel and Board experience.
