  • STALLS SET UP ON THE DAY IS BETWEEN 9-10am
  • PLEASE TICK THE APPROPRIATE BOX AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS

1. Middle Eastern Cultural Performance 

  1. Stage & sound equipment is provided.
  2. Performance must be suitable for family audience
  3. Only performers who have practiced and have a set routine are to register
  4. 10-20 minutes per group depending on presentation

2. Middle Eastern Community Arts & Crafts Stall □ No Fee

  1. Each Middle Eastern organisation will have approximately 2 metres of trestle space.
  2. All proceeds from sales shall remain with respective stallholders.
  3. These stalls ARE NOT AVAILABLE to businesses with an ABN or for profit organisation. (See below 4. Middle Eastern Business Stall)
  4. Please describe your display e.g. toys, jewellery, souvenirs, clothing etc

3. Middle Eastern Community Food Stall □No Fee

  1. All proceeds from sales shall remain with respective community stallholders.
  2. These stalls ARE NOT AVAILABLE to businesses with an ABN or for profit organisations
  3. Food must be prepared in line with State Health regulations e.g. gloves etc
  4. Please indicate what type of food you will be selling e.g. type of traditional food, savouries, coffee, tea ceremony etc

3. Middle Eastern Business Stall □Fee of $110.00 (GST included)

  1. A Middle Eastern business is classified as an organisation or individual trading with an Australian Business Number
  2. Each Middle Eastern business will have approximately 2 metres of trestle space.
  3. A fee of $100 + $10GST is required, payable to: ‘Middle Eastern Community Council SA’
  4. All proceeds from sales shall remain with respective business stallholders.
  5. Please indicate what type of merchandise you have e.g. clothes, jewellery, food
