- STALLS SET UP ON THE DAY IS BETWEEN 9-10am
- PLEASE TICK THE APPROPRIATE BOX AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS
1. Middle Eastern Cultural Performance
- Stage & sound equipment is provided.
- Performance must be suitable for family audience
- Only performers who have practiced and have a set routine are to register
- 10-20 minutes per group depending on presentation

2. Middle Eastern Community Arts & Crafts Stall □ No Fee
- Each Middle Eastern organisation will have approximately 2 metres of trestle space.
- All proceeds from sales shall remain with respective stallholders.
- These stalls ARE NOT AVAILABLE to businesses with an ABN or for profit organisation. (See below 4. Middle Eastern Business Stall)
- Please describe your display e.g. toys, jewellery, souvenirs, clothing etc

3. Middle Eastern Community Food Stall □No Fee
- All proceeds from sales shall remain with respective community stallholders.
- These stalls ARE NOT AVAILABLE to businesses with an ABN or for profit organisations
- Food must be prepared in line with State Health regulations e.g. gloves etc
- Please indicate what type of food you will be selling e.g. type of traditional food, savouries, coffee, tea ceremony etc

3. Middle Eastern Business Stall □Fee of $110.00 (GST included)
- A Middle Eastern business is classified as an organisation or individual trading with an Australian Business Number
- Each Middle Eastern business will have approximately 2 metres of trestle space.
- A fee of $100 + $10GST is required, payable to: ‘Middle Eastern Community Council SA’
- All proceeds from sales shall remain with respective business stallholders.
- Please indicate what type of merchandise you have e.g. clothes, jewellery, food
