The key responsibilities for my current post as Admin In charge /Assistant to CEO are
· Personal Assistant of Chief Executive Officer manages company and personal issues. Providing the source of funding, procurement petty cash expense regarding any project.
· Prepare & maintain updated records/ payment request/ travel claim/ completion of report, CEO
· Arranging the board of director meeting and minutes
· Corresponding with bankers regarding financial transactions.
· Handling safe custody of Imprest Disbursement, make payments, maintain sufficient balance to cover for prompt payments of utility bills and petty expenses.
