Project Completion Report Coversheet: International Presentation Fund
The information that you provide in your project completion reports is of real value to Creative New Zealand. Please provide as much information as you can, and where possible provide supporting material.
Project completion reports are required from all Creative New Zealand International grant recipients. The report must be provided within twelve weeks of the project completion date; the following Report Guide details the information that we require to be covered in this report.
Once you have completed the reports please sign and attach this coversheet to each of your project completion reports and mail to Creative New Zealand.
