Add New Agent Login ID - SCVOIP

  1. From the Home screen, enter the Spirit Account Number in the search field and then click the Find icon, or press Enter. (This will now take you to the Profile screen.)
  1. From the Profile screen, click the Add Service icon.
  1. At the Add Service screen, update the following fields, if necessary:
  2. First Name, Last Name
  3. House #, Street Name, City, State, Zip
  4. Location
  1. Change the Class of Service to ‘Voice/Agent Login/SC VOIP’ and then click the Next button.
  1. Choose a Plan of “Agent Login ID SC Voip”.
  1. The system will automatically assign an ID (Service Number) from the 999-112 number range.
  1. However, if the system does not do this, please click the ‘Select New NPANXX’ button and scroll through the available list of NPANXX’s and choose the 999-112 range. Then click the Submit button.
  1. Choose the appropriate Service Group you wish to be billed for this new service
  1. The system will automatically assign an ID (Service Number).
  1. The system will automatically assign a Due/Requested In-Service Date to the order. You may modify this date if you need the order worked on a specific date.

NOTE: Please do not modify the ‘Scheduled Start Date’ field. This may cause delays in order processing.

  1. Enter any specific notes related to this order in the ‘Install Instructions’ field, if necessary
  1. Click the ‘Save’ button. (Clicking the ‘Save-Records Only’ button will not generate a Service Order for dispatching a technician. This button will only update the billing records in eSpirit.)
  1. A confirmation popup window may appear. Please click the ‘Leave Stand Alone’ button.
  1. An Agent ID forms will appear. Please enter the Skill Name, Skill Number, and Skill Level needed for the agent.
  1. Once you have entered all necessary information on the Form, click the ‘Save’ button locatedon the bottom of the screen. (This will now generate the Service Order.)

NOTE: At this point, you may want to record the Service Order number and print a copy for your records.

  1. In order to do this, click on the SO icon () located in the top right corner of the screen. A list of Service Orders will appear in a grid format. The grid will display the ID, SO #, Due Date, Description, Initiated By, Initiated Date, and WFM SO Detail fields.
  1. Click on the QuickView link located under the WFM SO Detail.
  1. You will now be able to print a copy of the Service Order for you records by clicking on the Printer icon and selecting “Service Order Summary”.
  1. After you have printed the Service Order, click the Close button located in the top left corner to exit out of the QuickView link.
  1. Click the Home icon to return to the home screen in CRM.
