As always, we are looking for new ways to help our vendors and Respiratory Care decision makers find time to work together. With each paid booth purchase, you earn the opportunity to invite one Director/Manager to attend the Sunshine Seminar as our/your guest. After payment for your booth has been processed by the FSRC, you are encouraged to extend onefree registration to a Director prior to January10, 2015. This is a great opportunity to say thank you to a special customer, invite a potential new customer to visit your booth, attend the Director/Vendor forum and reception, participate in and receive credit for up to 16 hours of continuing education, and to interact with some of the best minds and leaders in the respiratory profession: all at no cost as your guest. Note: Directors/Managers must register for and attend the Director Educational Forum and Director/Vendor Reception to qualify for this offer.

*Sponsor a Speaker

The first 5 vendorsto sponsor a physician level speaker will receive a standard booth at no charge. Should you wish to sponsor as speaker, please contact the FSRC Executive Office ASAP to confirm your participation. The presenter’s name, credentials, and the proposed topic must be made available at this time, and a CV, Outline and Objectives will need to be submitted either electronically or in print by January 10, 2015.

Note: The FSRC Program Committee at its sole discretion reserves the right to approve or disapprove participation of any speaker based on compatibility with the overall program or for any reason.

Vendor Registration fees remain unchanged from the past 9 years at $800 for a standard booth and $900 for a premium booth. Premium booths are those in high traffic areas in the immediate vicinity of the food service. Registration fees include the Director/Vendor Reception, a draped table top booth with 2 chairs, and basic electricity.

Additionally, each paid booth will be entitled to continental breakfast, buffet lunch, attendance badges, and up to 14 hours of Continuing Education credits for two vendor attendees. Additional representatives may attend and receive all of the aforementioned provisions at a cost of $100 per person to help defray the cost of meals, badges, and otherexpenses.

*Absent Sponsorship:If your company is unable to attend the conference, a table space outside the vendor hall can be purchased at a cost of $200 to display brochures, catalogs, business cards, give-a-ways or other printed items you provide for attendee review.

*Sponsor or co-sponsor a break, meal, or reception activity. Depending on the level of participation, sponsors will be recognized in the program booklet, on the FSRC website, on signage and in announcements at the event. Levels of sponsorship are $300, $500, and $700. Special sponsorships are available as well.
