Safety Inspector- Currently employed as a Safety Inspector for Right of Way Clearing Company. I manage the construction crews and oversee everyday operations in prepping a Right of Way for pipelines to be installed. From start to finish, I monitor the workforce to ensure that the clearing process of a Right of Way is done in a successful, efficient, and ultimately safe manner. I have full responsibility for each worker and/or contractor’s actions while they are on the designated Right of Way. I make sure they are fitted to work each day by performing random drug testing, along with daily evaluation and well being checks. I report directly to the client who is installing the Right of Way in regards to equipment management, device checks, recordable incidents, and recordable accidents.
●Review construction workbooks in order to understand the daily task at hand.
●Oversee all operations, small or large, regarding any work being done in and on the designated Right of Way.
●Record and Report any and all accidents and/or incidents that the workers encounter when they are in the field.
●Administer weekly random drug testing as recommended by the Right of Way Clearing Company Human Resources department to ensure utmost safety at all times.
●I am responsible for the safety and lives of others while they work to complete their daily duties. Their safety is the number one priority of this position.
Western Land Services

Reclamation Agent- Western Land Services’ Liaison between MarkWest Energy Partners L.P. and each individual landowner designated for the construction phase. Responsible for contacting each individual landowner, met landowners with their signed agreement, ensured landowner received all reclamation conditions that were promised upon original signing of agreement. Supervised construction process from beginning to end. Revisited landowners post-construction with a sign off sheet for proof of satisfaction.
●Reviewed construction workbooks detailing work to be done to individual properties.
●Meet with landowners to discuss and pay damage payments.
●Presented landowner with stipulation sheet to be initialed before and after commencement of construction.
●Coordinated and oversaw construction crews to ensure each stipulation be implemented and up to landowner’s expectations.
●Gained survey permissions from landowners for any future work that needed to be done on the property but was outside of approved limit of disturbance.
Operations Manager- Managed eight to ten contractors on a daily basis working with Williams Midstream, LLC to effectively ensure proper procedures were implemented when installed over 50 separate pipelines in Susquehanna County Pennsylvania. These lines include but are not limited to: gathering lines, high pressure transmission lines, compressor facilities, and well site locations that were owned and operated by Cabot Oil and Gas and Williams Midstream, LLC.
●Managed and coordinated 20+ contractors affiliated with Williams Midstream, LLC.
●Worked diligently with Williams Midstream, LLC project management and staff to ensure efficient and quality work was performed on the property.
●Worked with Department of Environmental Protection to ensure permits were up to date and were in working order.
●Updated work orders, spreadsheets, and company workbooks to keep the progress up to date.
●Generated maps, blue prints, and alignment sheets for respective property owners.
Staff Landman- As a Staff Landman, I perform various services for our client. The main focus is negotiating business agreements that provide for the exploration for and/or development of infrastructure for the transportation of minerals. I was responsible for negotiating the objective agreements listed below.
●Right of way acquisition for natural gas gathering systems.
●Responsible for acquiring surface site and road agreements, and additional temporary access/space agreements.
●Coordinating survey schedules, developing access routes, and notifying landowners
●Maintaining quality and effective working relationships with landowners.
