Monthly Senior Leader Reports throughout Action Period #3

One week before due date, use listserve to remind teams of report deadline.

Send friendly reminder one day before due date.

Day after due date: Post names of teams reporting by due date. Ask teams to notify you if they sent report but it was not received. Issue friendly reminder that you are looking forward to seeing everyone’s report; or when you should expect late reports. (Remove names from “nagging list” when they have made contact.)

Collaborative director and improvement leader independently review and score reports using 1-to-5 point scale.

Two days after due date, post list of team names that have not reported.

Three days after due date, post list of team names that have not reported.

Collaborative director and improvement leader review scores and agree on a score for each team.

Improvement leader tracks scores on “Team Results Template.”

Monitor listserve. Make sure team questions get a response within 24 hours.
