- All people shall actively participate in activities related to corruption.
- Increase activities on corruption monitoring.

What we will do?
As young people, we shall take action as follows:
- Never try drugs
- Learn aboutdrugs impacts and information on drugs.
- Have self-confidenceand do not allow others to persuade to take dugs.
- To keep good reputation for family and ourselves as young people, as well as for the whole society and nation.
- Listen to advises of parents and teachers.
- Do not spend too much time on going for a walk.
- Find good opportunities for better future.
- Do not drink alcohols.
- Participate in reporting to the relevant authority.
- Inform others about impacts of drugs.
- Ask for assistance from relevant organizations.

What we will do?
To have good future after finishing school, we should define and comply with the issues as follows:
- Define clearly purposes and objectives
- Do daily action plan, having precise time schedule
- Realize what has been determined to do
- Persistent in learning
- Be dedicated, patient, fearless to challenge any obstacle facing
- Choose appropriate place for learning
- Be hopeful and encourage yourself with confidence
- Be able to adapt and address problems facing
- Change a problem into an experience
- Be able to develop yourself
- Be responsible for yourself
- Behave positively toward achieving your goals
Whom else we will need to involve?
In order to achieve these purposes, we need assistance of:
a)family:
-providing budget, encouragement and warmth
-providing right to choose profession as we want
-discussing with us and advising us in addressing problems
b)teachers:
-shall care about students, so that they have good skills
-have appropriate teaching methodology
-providing positive thoughts and a lot of materials for learning
c)friends:
-sharing information with each others
-establishing learning club
-sharing ideas, experiences and advise each others when doing something wrong
d)government:
-creating many schools, libraries and materials for learning
-asking organizations to provideemployment opportunity for students
-providing health service, political and economic stability
-providing additional training for teachers and improving education system
-providing scholarships for students.

- We shall use domestic products instead of imported.
- Helping to promotewidelyquality of domestic products and identify impacts of imported products that used chemical
- Propose farmer to create associations for protecting prices of their products; do not allow tradesmen to dictate prices
- Create working group to search markets for farmers
- Choose variety of crops to meet market demands
- Create regional contests for product quality and quantity with government encouraging awards
- Invest in agro-industry manufactories for processing agricultural products

- The Royal Government shall be responsible for buying productsfrom farmers
- The state shall provide loan for citizens as starting capital for doing their business
- NGOs and government shall send agricultural specialists to educate farmers on modern and efficient agricultural technique

What we will do?
- Understand well about the root causes and impacts of violence by:
-conducting research at the place where the violence occurred
-Interview people who experienced violence
-Create working group to address this problem
- Participate as much in social activities concerning violence:
-Establish public forum to address violence issues
-Create slogan or maxim with educative meanings on violence
-Provide training courses within organizations or communities
-Propagate the issue in a form of friend-educate-friend
-Write a letter to request the government to strictly enforce the law on violence
-Propagate through radio, TV, Newspaper etc.
-To include violence education into school curriculums as deep as possible
-Respect each others
-Everybody shall keep virtue, ethics and be reasonable
-Do not be a racist.

- Stakeholders in this issue shall be all people, family, government, civil society, the whole nation, and international institutions
- Need concerted action that involves these stakeholders to assure effective achievement of eachactivity mentioned above

- Create youth volunteer group with well defined functions
- Ask for assistance from other institutions for implementing projects

Name of Action Team:Immigrants Issue in Cambodia

- Request government to strengthen immigration polices at border crossings by both routes and waterway to control strictlyall immigrants
- Participate in informing the relevant authority if we observe illegal immigrants
- Request government to establish work groups for passport control on immigrant in all communities
- Request government to develop immigration law and to effectively implement it with transparency
- Young people themselves shall organize association to control immigrants
- Request government to cooperate with other countries to protect Cambodia from illegal immigration
- Law on nationality and trade shall be effectively enhanced
- Request the Parliament and the Senate to monitor immigration law and to control on this law implementation
- Create public forum on immigrants as many as possible

What we will do?
As young people, we do not want the government to delay this problem, because:
- We propose the parliament to delay the adoption of the law on army obligation
- Disseminate information about this law, so that all citizens know
- We request the parliament to adopt other important laws foraddressing problems facingour society, e.g. corruption... etc.
- To promote students and youths movement for advocacy toward delaying the adoption of this law
- Information campaign or banners at public places to let youths and people know about this issue
- Ask relevant local NGOs to pass this massage of Khmer youths to donor countries and organizations.

- Students, youths, people from all spheres, NGOs and donor countries
- Local and international mass media
- The parliament and the Senate
