3. How do I obtain hardware support? (Schools and staff personal use)
In the event of a hardware problem with an Acer computer that is under on-site warranty, please contact the Acer help desk on 1300 365 100.
Support calls can be placed between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
4. Who do I contact if I have a query about the contract?
Enquiries concerning the Acer contract may be directed to the Information Technology Division’s Contract Management Office by e-mail at
