CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUND

Written notification is required for any cancellation or change to your accommodation bookings. A copy of the Registration and Accommodation Booking Form is to be attached to the letter of notification. Refunds will be made as follows (according to the date of cancellation notice):
Up to and including February 15th, 2017: Full refund less 25% administration fees
From February 16th, 2017 and onwards: No refund will be granted.
