Our space or yours….?
The libraries are being used increasingly for their space. Don’t forget than in addition to professional searching and enquiry services, resources for patient care and education, we offer space; peace and quiet to concentrate on that rota, tables to spread out those notes, corners for informal meetings, computers for small group training when all other rooms are booked.

Emma is running the London Marathon
Emma Aldrich, our Head of Library and Knowledge Services is running the London Marathon this year for Children with Cancer UK. Emma only took up running a couple of years ago and has never completed a race of this distance before. If you would like to support her in this endeavour, you can sponsor her here:
Each and every £1 raised will help her reach her target and make a difference to the work charities like CWC-UK are able to undertake. The charity celebrates its 29th Birthday this month and has raised over £2billion towards research and support for families. If you want to see how Emma’s training is going, you can follow her blog at Blog posts are also tweeted @emmaaldrich
