Client Support Agent with English and Spanish or Portuguese
Role Summary
You will work on a very exciting platform which showcases exhibits and collections from museums and archives all around the world. Allowing users to explore cultural treasures in extraordinary detail, from hidden gems to masterpieces Our team is all about focusing on the user and the content in the product. You will contribute to the success of the product by optimizing content to be viewed.
Key responsibilities:
· Research artefacts of cultural, historic and artistic interest ensuring relevant links are associated under defined categories
· Work to tight timelines and specific metric targets
· Ensure highest quality measures are adhered to
· Engage closely with the product engineers
· Work on internal product initiatives like process automation, product improvement suggestion development
Qualifications:
· Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese
· Keen interest in culture, art and history
· Educational background in the above
· Experience in data research
· Familiarity with general web technologies
· Strong written communication skills with linguistic affinity
· Detail-oriented, organized, and very proactive
· Comfortable operating in a fast paced, start-up like environment
· Bachelor's degree
