Objectives

O-1 Modeling of various physical systems such as Newton’s law of cooling, L-R-C circuit, Rectilinear motion, Mass spring system, Heat transfer etc.

O-2 design and analysis of continuous and discrete system, where knowledge of Fourier series and harmonic analysis is required.

O-3 Advanced techniques to evaluate integrals.

O-4 Measurements of arc, length of various curves.

O-5 Sphere, cone and cylinder that arises in vector calculus, electromagnetic field theory, Cad-cam, Computer graphics etc.

O-6 Multiple integrals which are used to calculate Area, volume, surface area, RMS values, Moment of inertia, centre of gravity.
