Introduction

Authors are expected to submit a one-page abstract which should be written following carefully the format of this temp-late.The file has to be translated into Portable Document Format (PDF) before submission via the conference site. Authors should submit their abstract electronically via their abstract submission record at

before November 30, 2013.

Authors should log in with their email (or username) and password to pull up their record, then click "Submit Abstract."An abstract has to be submitted for a particular session of the conference, First and second choice of the session have to be selected upon submission. After uploading the abstract, the authors will be able to view it. They will be also able to return to the web site and upload a revised abstract up until the deadline of November 30, 2013.

The conference program will contain all accepted abstracts and will behanded out to the participants on a USB stick and also permanently archived on the conference web site.

Format Specifications

GeneralThe paper must be written in English on DIN A4 size paper (210 mm x 297 mm) with margins of 2 cm. The abstract including figures, tables and references must not exceed one page.

TextThe normal text should be written single-spaced, justified, using 10pt (Times New Roman) in two columns.

Title, Authors and AffiliationsTitle, authors and affiliations should be centered with respect to the whole page above the text.

HeadingsHeadings should be written left aligned and boldface, with upper and lower case letters.

Page numberNo page number is to be given.

Tables and FiguresAll tables should be numbered consecutively and captioned.

The caption title should be written centered. Tables should be included in the text close to the place where they are referred to, such as Table 1 in this example.

Format of References References should be quoted in the text by arabic numbers in square brackets, [1,2] and grouped together at the end of the Abstract in numerical order as shown in these instructions.
