Agenda was approved as amended adding participation awards for 2016 fall season.

- Awards will be FIG6114 twisted sport figure with a Halloween themed based voted and approved.
- Best dressed and most creative awards. Awarded to 1 boy or 1 girl. 10 Skeleton trophies and will state what award is for.
- Gifts for refs – Suggestions socks, shirts or gift cards. Mike is checking with SCOR on possible donation of striped socks. Consensus is either socks or t-shirts. Lori was checking on hats.
- Greenville is going to allow us the use of their tent.
- Dawn is to get paperwork sent out.
Participation medals for fall season will be WAM-160 cleat and ball in a goal with ribbon. Voted and approved.
Feedback on uniforms was positive with the exception of numbers needing more contrast next year.
Super camp for spring 9–4 U10, 5hr training u-12.

Treasurer (Leigh Anne Higgins):
- $2,300 Registration check.
- Expenses $2,698.98 for goals, Dan Mark and Reimbursement to Neal and Leigh Anne.
- Signatures to be added to bank account Mike Gesler, Neal Ausema, Leigh Anne Higgins and Mindy Conley as fourth signature. Patricia Moyer is to be removed from bank account.
- Switch bank from Choice One to another local bank as Choice One is sending statements to National not to the Region.
Referee Administrator (Darren Rogers – RRA):
- Will do gift cards for refs at the season.
- Patti has passed ref course
- Morgann refed her first game.
Coach Administrator (Dawn Ausema – RCA):
- First games all went well.
Child and Volunteer Protection Advocate (Lori Heminger-CVPA):
- All names were approved by board.

VIP Coordinator: (Mike Gesler):
- Saturdays at 4pm there are currently 3 players.
Registrar (Renee Platt – RR):
- Missing payment 20.
- Waiting list u-5 and u-6
- Some dropped players

Equipment Manager (Melain Tuinstra):
- Proposed purchase of keeper gloves for spring season.
- Needles don’t fit into air pumps, Suggest better pumps.
