Extensive experience of working with, modelling and developing high quality practice across early years settings
Excellent understanding and working experience of the Early years and childcare provision.
Experience of engaging and working with children and their families within the family home.
Significant experience as an Early Years and/or Integrated Children’s Services practitioner.
Experience of developing and delivering training and support materials.
Experience of working collaboratively with other practitioners from across children’s services, the voluntary sector health and other relevant children’s services..
Working with a wide range of children young people and parents as partners. .
In depth knowledge of the Early help assessment/ support framework. / Effective relationship building with key partners and stakeholders such as Multi-Agency Colleagues/ Inspectors, Schools, Members of local communities
In depth understanding of the early years and childcare workforce and professional standards. / Expression of interest/ application form

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND
QUALIFICATIONS / Child Care Qualification NVQ Level 3 or above, Nursery Nurse Qualification or Equivalent

Ability to negotiate and develop policies and protocols in partnership with early year’s settings other agencies.
Extensive Knowledge of curriculum provision for Early Years
Detailed knowledge of all statutory and regulatory processes relating to the role.
Ability and knowledge to identify training needs and create and deliver training programmes and interventions to address the needs.
