3.  ABC Deck Building working hours may range anywhere from 7 AM to 8PM Monday through Friday and sometimes on Saturday. If this is not convenient what are the preferred work days and hours?

4.  We need a copy of homeowner’s plat/survey upon arrival of appointment. The plat/survey needs to be of one of your individual lot with your house, drawn to scale, and stamped by a licensed surveyor. This plat/survey is not one of your subdivisions.

8.  We need access to electrical panel at all times. Where is the electrical panel located and what arrangements need to take place for access? If you feel uncomfortable with us having a key, we can bring a lockset for the back door.

9.  Furniture removal from the deck consists of: Grill Table & Chairs Plants Other. Do you need Tailor Decks to place these items back onto the new deck when completed? Yes No

10.  There will be some land disturbance occurred during construction. Are there any plants that need to be removed or relocated prior to construction? Yes No Who is responsible for plant removal? Homeowner Builder. Builder will not be responsible for any warranty of plants that need to be replanted.

15.  On brick/masonry houses & house cantilevers a post and beam system will be needed along the house to support the deck/porch, is this going to be an issue? Yes No

16.  Is there an existing concrete slab/patio under where the deck / porch? Yes No If yes, we will need to cut the concrete to allow for new deck/porch footings to meet current building code requirements.
