SUMMER CAMP PROGRAMS

CODING FOR FUN (51/2 – 9 years)

Requirement: Must be able to understand standing instructions

Aligned with Ontario’s STEM curriculum, this two-hour session everyday of the week is a fun way to reinforce math concepts of fractions, percentages and measurements. The instructors will be inspiring students to create programs themed on Star Wars, Minecraft, Pokemon and more. These will also strengthen creativity and motivate students to think outside the box.

LEGO FUN(51/2 – 9 years)

The popular program from last summer is back this year with new programs and ideas. Children love Lego blocks but while they build blocks, they build on other concepts that are related to science and engineering. The instructors will spend 90 minutes each day from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m helping students to design structures based on the laws of physics like stability, forces, lines of symmetry etc. What a fun way to learn science!

SPORTS WITH TEN TEN SPORTS ACADEMY

Qualified coaches will not only teach the nuances of tennis and soccer but will also teach valuable life skills such as teamwork, cooperative play and rules in sports to help students become team players in the long run in all walks of life.
