Please send the filled in registration form as soon as possible to for the attention of Debbie Coolen-Post. You can do this by saving it at your computer by choosing “save as” and add it as an attachment to your e-mail.

Payment

After receiving your registration NH Conference Centre Koningshof will send you an invoice by e-mail with detailed payment instructions. This invoice is also the confirmation of your reservations.

Cancellations

All cancellations have to be done in writing. The date of receipt of your letter/fax/e-mail determines the date of cancellation.

NH Koningshof uses the following cancellation policy:

- Cancellation between the moment of your registration and 1 month before the convention

cancellation fee = 15% of the value of the cancelled room/group.

- Cancellation between 4 and 3 weeks before the convention:

cancellation fee = 35% of the value of the cancelled room/group

- Cancellation between 3 weeks and 14 days before start:

cancellation fee = 60% of the value of the cancelled room/group

- Cancellation between 14 days and 7 days before start:

cancellation fee = 85% of the value of the cancelled room/group

- Cancellation less than 7 days before start:

cancellation fee = 100% of the value of the cancelled room/group

Please note that if wanted, you need to arrange a cancellation insurance by yourself, this is not provided by the hotel.

Modification fee

When modifications are made in your reservation, the hotel has the right to charge € 25,00 modification fee.
