The Avonworth Athletic Association Board met 7:00 pm October 11, 2012 at the Ohio Township Municipal Building.

All members were in attendance, with the exception of Scott Gustic, Mike Grau, Joe Cubelis, Brad Root, and Brad Barnes

  • Motion by Jim Slater to purchase cart. Unanimous vote in favor.
  • Chuck Crawford nominated Rod Seifarth to board. 2nd- Jim Slater- Unanimous decision
  • Park Liason- moving ahead with parking lot- will need AAA labor to reduce cost
  • Wish List for next meeting
  • Ray F. passed out 2013 Maintenance wish list
  • Park wants to know if AAA wants to do a joint grass cutting
