A Summer Camp Like No Other
The University of North Dakota’s International Aerospace Camp is a full week of aviation adventure! This “college seminar” is similar to attending a week of actual college. Additionally, what makes this seminar unique is the amount of flight training each student receives. We are very interested in students who truly want to experience collegiate aviation.
Your counselors, flight instructors and professors are leaders in aerospace education. You’ll start with the basics of flying, experience new and exciting technology and explore career opportunities in flight, air traffic control, aviation management, and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS).

UND Aerospace is proud of its status as one of the most technologically advanced centers for aerospace education in the world. Our aerospace complex features an altitude chamber for flight physiology training, unique air traffic control tower and radar simulation labs, computerized multi-media instructional classroom facilities and over 100 aircraft (fixed wing and helicopter) and advanced flight training devices including a Canadair Regional Jet FTD.
At the 32ndAnnual International Aerospace Camp, you will take advantage of our state-of-the-art flight simulators, classrooms, and aircraft fleet. You’ll find out firsthand why more than 1,800 students are enrolled right now to get their aerospace careers off the ground.

What are the details?

Who can attend?
Motivated students entering the 11th or 12th grade who have an interest or curiosity about aviation careersand collegiate aviation.
How many may attend?
Each session of camp is limited to 28 students. Registration acceptance is based on the date the registration form and deposit received at UND Aerospace.
How much does International Aerospace Camp cost?
The fee of $1335.00 includes room and board, all flights and flight instruction, transportation while at camp, activities, tours and handout materials. A $200 deposit is required to hold your registration. This deposit is not refundable three weeks prior to camp. Check or money order payable to UND. At this time, we are not able to accept credit card payments.
Where do I stay and eat at camp?
You’ll stay right on campus in one of UND’s residence halls and eat in one of our student dining halls.
How do I get to camp?
You are responsible for transportation to Grand Forks, North Dakota. Deltaand Allegiant airlines serve Grand Forks. We provide transportation at no additional cost to and from the airportin Grand Forks.
When does camp begin?
Check in by 5:00 p.m. on the following dates, with official camp orientation at 5:30 p.m:
