Rebuilt To New Tolerances:
Picture is before rebuild. The machine will be disassembled into it’s major components and thoroughly cleaned of all dirt and rust. It will be stripped to bare metal by sandblasting, primed, castings smoothed
with polyester body filler, finished sanded and painted to a factory finish with a two part epoxy paint. All
ways will be ground to within .0001 per foot with matching parts hand scraped to mate. Original factory
geometric tolerances will be restored. Hydraulic components will be disassembled, cleaned, re-conditioned and re-assembled. Motors and grinding spindle will be rebuilt. The grinder will then be re-assembled with
a new cross feed screw and nut. The table and chuck will be ground-in to verify machine accuracy at .0001
or better over the entire surface of the chuck. The machine will be guaranteed 6 months except for spindle bearings and electrical components which are 60 days due to factors typically beyond our control.
