CASH RS. 57,000/- ALONG WITH ONE PISTOL AND ONE COUNTRY MADE PISTOL WITH AMMUNITION RECOVERED.
ONE MOTOR CYCLE USED IN THE COMMISSION OF CRIME SEIZED.
A team of officers of Crime Branch led by Inspr. Manoj Pant and consisting of SI Sushil, ASI Rajvir, HC Samay Singh, HC Pawan, HC Jugnu, Ct. Rambeer, Ct. Sunilunder supervision of ACP Bir Singh and under over all supervision of Addl. DCP/Crime Bhisham Singh have apprehended main accused involved in a sensational case of broad day robbery committed in the area of P.S. Seema Puri Delhi. One pistol and one country made pistol with ammunition has been recovered. Rs.57,000/- looted from the Jeweller’s Shop and One Bajaj Discover Motor cycle used in the commission of crime has been recovered from their possession.
Incident
On 30/04/2012, Manoj Saini r/o DilshadGarden, Delhi who is running a jewelry shop under the name & style of “Mahaveer Jewellers” at Pocket–R, Dilshad Garden Delhi was present in his shop, suddenly some robbers armed with the deadly weapons, barged into his shop and made them hostage.. The robbers looted Approx. Rs.50000/- cash, gold and silver ornaments from the shop and fled away.
Investigation
Information was received on 05.06.2012 by HC Bijender that the main accused person wanted in a broad day light robbery in a jeweler’s shop in the area of P.S. Seema Puri, Delhi, would come alongwith his associate near Swarn Cinema, Bihari Colony, Delhi. On this information, a trap was laid and two persons were apprehended. They were identified as 1) Chaman Lal @ Babble (aged 35 years) s/o Dwarka Prasad r/o Brahm Puri, Delhi and 2) Akhlaq Ahmed @ Saleem (aged 36 years) s/o Mushtaq Ahmed r/o Hauz Quazi, Delhi. One pistol and one country made pistol with ammunition have been recovered. One motor cycle used in the commission of crime has also seized. The apprehension of both the accused persons has led to working out a sensational case of robbery of PS Seema Puri, Delhi. Rs.57,000/- looted from the Jeweller’s Shop and One Bajaj Discover Motor cycle used in the commission of crime has been recovered from their possession. A case under the appropriate sections of the law was registered at PS Crime Branch.
Both the accused persons were subjected to sustained interrogation. They confessed to have committed therobbery along with their associates in a Jeweller’s shop in the area of P.S. Seema Puri, Delhi. They also disclosed to have sold off the looted ornaments to a jeweler namely Dal Chand in the area of PS Bhajanpura. Subsequently, Dal Chand (aged 52 years) s/o Prabhu Dayal r/o Bhajan Pura, Delhi, receiver of the robbed property was also apprehended.
It has been learnt that Chaman Lal is History Sheeter of PS Usman Pur and Akhlaq Ahmed is History Sheeter of PS Hauz Qazi having involved in numbers of cases of robbery. Both of them were the main conspirators and played active role in the commission of robbery at Jewellery Shop. They arranged weapons used in the robbery.
Profile of accused persons
1.Akhlaq Ahmed is a desperate Robber/absent Bad Character/History Sheeter of PS Hauz Quzi. He has been found involved in more than 50 criminal cases of robberyetc.
- Chaman Lal is also a desperate robber and a History Sheeter of PS Usmanpur. He hasbeen involved in more than 26 criminal cases of robbery etc. Both of them came into contact with each other years back when both were lodged in Tihar Jail in different cases. In the month of February, 2012 when Chaman Lal came out of the jail he met Akhlaq Ahmed and later planned to commit robbery at the jewellery shop.
- Dal Chand owns a Jewellery Shop in the area of PS Bhajan Pura, Delhi.
Concerned police station has been informed about their arrest. To apprehend the remaining associate, further raids are being conducted.
Further investigation is in progress.

Despertae criminal of Babloo-Ghogha / Neetu-Dabodhia gang, wanted in MCOC Act case apprehended.
He was evading his arrest since 3 years.
One .315 bore country made pistol and two live cartridges recovered.
The Crime Branch have apprehended a desperate criminal of Babloo-Ghogha/Neetu-Dabodhia gang, named Ashwini @ Sonu r/o Ghogha, Delhi, who is wanted in a MCOC Act case of PS Narela and had been absconding since the past three years. One .315 bore country made pistol with two live cartridges were recovered from his possession.
Incident:-
Information was received on 05-06-2012 by HC Bijender Singh that a desperate criminal of Babloo-Ghogha/Neetu Dabodhia gang, namely Ashwini @ Sonu, who is wanted in a MCOC Act case, would be coming to the Badli Industrial Area, Delhi. Immediately a team led by Inspr. Rajesh Sharma consisting of SI Shiv Darshan, SI Sunil Kumar, ASI Harcharan Singh, ASI Ajmer Singh, HC Kanwarpal, HC Jai Singh, HC Bijender Singh, Ct. Atul Suhag and Ct. Suresh was constituted under the supervision of Addl. DCP/Crime Dr. Joy Tirkey. The team swung into action and laid a trap near Canal Rest House, behind Badli Industrial Area. Ashwini @ Sonu (aged 28 years) s/o Satbirr/oVillage Ghogha, PS Narela, Delhiwas apprehended while he was going over his motorcycle. One .315 bore country made pistol with two live cartridges was recovered from his possession. Accordingly he was booked under the appropriate provisions of law.
Investigation and examination:-
During sustained examination, Ashwini @ Sonu revealed that he was an active member of the notorious Babloo-Ghogha /Neetu Dabodhia gang. Other active members of the gang are Amit @ Babloo r/o Ghogha, Surender @ Neetu r/o Vill. Dabodha, Haryana, Neeraj r/o Ghogha and Naresh @ Sonu of Baaprola, Delhi. All of them are previously involved in numerous criminal cases including murder, attempt to murder, dacoity, robbery, extortion, criminal assault, possession of illegal firearms etc.
Dreaded criminal Surender @ Neetu r/o Dabodhia along with his associate Sandeep r/o Chitana, Haryana had escaped from the custody of Haryana Police in the area of Dwarka, Delhi on 02-04-2012. Another associate, Naresh @ Sonu r/o Baaprola, Delhi also managed to escape from police custody on 10-04-2012 just one week later. These criminals are still at large.
In the year 2006, he along with Amit @ Babloo of Ghogha, Neeraj of Ghogha, Surender @ Raja of Palam and Gurbachan of Baprola had shot a businessman, in the area of PS Narela, Delhi in order to extort money out of him. All of them were arrested in case FIR No. 57/2006 u/s 307/506/34 IPC & 27 Arms Act, PS Narela, Delhi.
In the year 2009, the entire gang was identified and MCOCA was invoked against Vikas @ Vicky of Ghogha, Surender @ Neetu r/o Vill. Dabodha, Haryana, Neeraj r/o Ghogha, Naresh @ Sonu of Baprola, Delhi, Sandeep r/o Bawana, Delhi and some other criminals including Ashwini @ Sonu.
Ashwini @ Sonu had been evading arrest ever since and had been declared a Proclaimed offender in the MCOCA case on 14.11.11.

Ashwini @ Sonu has studied up to 10th standard in Village Sannoth, Narela, Delhi. He joined the Babloo/Neetu gang in the year 2005. He is involved in 4 criminal cases including MCOC Act, attempt to murder, criminal assault and bootlegging.

DESPEARTE ABSCONDED CRIMINAL NADEEM ARRESTED.
ACCUSED WAS WANTED IN A MURDER CASE OF PS KHAJURI KHAS.
PROCESS U/S 82 Cr. PC WAS ISSUED AGAINST THE ACCUSED IN THE CASE.
The Crime Branch of Delhi Police has arrested one hardcore criminal namely Nadeem s/o Mohd. Rahis r/o E-13/C-246, J Block Jhuggi, New Seelam Pur, New Delhi aged 26 Years, who was wanted in a murder case of PS Khajuri Khas, Delhi.
INCIDENT:-
On 05.07.09, an incident of kidnapping cum murder had been reported in the area of PS Khajuri Khas, North East District, Delhi, in which one Akram was firstly kidnapped and later on shot dead. In the said case, five accused persons namely Aslam, Nafees, Kafil, Mazid @ Gullu and Shamsuddin @ Shamsu had already been arrested and are facing trial, but one remaining co-accused named Nadeem could not be apprehended as he was evading his arrest. Hence proceedings u/s 82 Cr PC have been initiated against him.
TEAM & OPERATION:-
On 05.06.2012, HC Harbir of Anti-Auto Theft Squad (AATS) of Crime Branch received secret information that Nadeem, who is wanted in the said case, will come in the area of ShastriPark, Delhi between 03.00 PM to 04.00 PM. Immediately a team led by Insp. Jai Bhagwan consisting of ASI Harsh Vardhan, HC Harbeer, HC Azad, HC Upender and Ct. Harender was constituted under the supervision of Sh. Bir Singh, ACP/ARC and over all supervision of Sh. Bhisam Singh, Addl. DCP/Crime.
After getting the information, the team swung into action and laid a trap near the expected place of arrival. At 04.00 PM, one person was found coming near CommercialCenter,JagParveshChandraHospital, ShastriPark, Delhi. The person was apprehended on the pointing out of informer, and he was identified as Nadeem. During examination, Nadeem disclosed about being involved in murder of Akram along with Mazid @ Gullu, Nafees etc.
EXAMINATION:-
During examination, Nadeem disclosed that he was friend of one Mazid @ Gullu, who lives in his neighbor hood. Gullu’s sister Rehmat had married to one Nafees. Nafees was arrested in a fatal accident case and sent to Tihar Jail. During this period, one Akram came closer to Rehmat and started living with her. Rehmat’s brothers namely Mazid @ Gullu and Nafees did not swallow this act of Rehmat and intervened the matter with Rehmat, but she protested and directed both of them not to indulge in the matter. Some hot arguments also took place between them; as a result, Mazid @ Gullu and Nafees hatched a plan to eliminate Akram. In the conspiracy of plan, they included Aslam, Kafil, Shamsuddin @ Shamsu and Naddem. As per plan, on the day of incident, Nadeem along with Nafees, Mazid @ Gullu etc. went to the residence of Akram at J- Block Jhuggi, New Seelam Pur. There they beaten Akram, drag him to Khajuri Khas in a TSR, where Mazid @ Gullu shot bullets in the person of Akram. After this incident, all five accused were arrested and sent to jail, but Nadeem was absconding since than. Hence proceedings u/s 82 Cr.PC was initiated against him.

Nadeem was to born in 1980 in New Seelam Pur. He has six brothers and one sister. His father had his own work of Handi Craft, which he runs from his own house. His father died three year back due to heart attack and he with his brother had continued their family business.
Concerned local police has been informed about for taking necessary action on their end.

A team of officers of Crime Branch has arrested a dreaded criminal Nav Prabhat @ Tinkoo (aged 32 years) s/o Satyapal Singh r/o VijayPark, Maujpur, Delhi. One country made pistol alongwith three live cartridges have been recovered. The accused was wanted in a case of attempt to murder of PS Jaffrabad, North-East District.
Incident
On 24/05/2012, an incident of gun shot firing took place in the area of PS Jaffarabad, North-East District, in which Junaid s/o Vakil Ahmad and Rehbar Raza s/o Asfar Raza received gun shot and injured. On this, a case under the appropriate sections of the law was registered at PS Jaffrabad, Delhi and investigation was taken up. Since the day of incident, the assailants were absconding.
Investigation
Keeping in view of gravity of case, in which fire arm was used, a team led by Inspector Pawan Kumarand consisting of SI Ritesh Kumar Sharma, HC Murlidhar, HC Devender, Ct. Jitender, Ct.Parveen Nagar, Ct. Rohit Solanki, Ct. Lalaram and Billu under the supervision of ACP Udaiveer Singh Rathi and overall supervision of Addl. DCP/Crime Shri Sanjay Bhatia was constituted and roped into to develop the intelligence about the assailants involved in the incident. In this exercise, several criminals with the same modus operandi were grilled. The team started vigil on recently jail-bail released criminals and active in the area of North East District, Delhi. Secret information received to SI Ritesh Kumar Sharma of the team that one Bad character of PS Bhajan Pura namely Nav Prabhat @ Tinkoo, who is having in 20 criminal cases, is involved in the said incident. Accordingly, the team made sincere efforts to search him. And finally on 05.06.12, with pain staking efforts, the team could able to locate Nav Bharat @ Tinkoo. As per information, he was coming near Bhairon Temple Parking,Opposite Pragati Maidan, Delhito commit an offence. On this information, a trap was laid and Nav Prabhat was apprehended. One loaded country made pistol alongwith three live cartridges were recovered from his possession. Accordingly he was booked under the appropriate sections of the law.
EXAMINATION:-
Nav Prabhat @ Tinkoo was subjected to intensive examination. It was revealed that one Taiyab Khan @ Bhure Khan and Junaid and his family is his rival in the area and some clash started between both of them. To dominate the area and to satisfy personal grudge, Nav Prabhat @ Tinkoo hatched a plan along with his associates to teach them a lesson.On the day of incident, he along with his two other associates had opened fire at Vijay Chowk, Maujpur, Delhi in the area of PS Jaffrabad. During firing, Junaid received gun shot and a passerby Rehbar Raza also sustained bullet injury.

Nav Prabhat @ Tinkoo is previously involved in 21 criminal cases including of Attempt to Murder, Arms Act, Robbery, NDPS Act etc. of Delhi and UP.

HUGE QUANTITY OF DUPLICATE SPARE PARTS OF A REPUTED COMPANY WORTH LAKHS OF RUPEES RECOVERED FROM HAUZ QAZI MARKET: ONE BUSINESSMAN ARRESTED
With the arrest of Sumit Arora, aged about 30 years s/o Sandeep Arora r/o 30/29, West Patel Nagar, Delhi, Central District police has recovered duplicate 459 nozels, 490 elements, 856 delivery valves, 2074 packing materials, 69357 duplicate stickers and some raw materials of BOSCH India Limited Company worth lakhs of rupees.
TEAM AND THE INCIDENT
A team consisting of Inspr. B.P. Sharma (DIU), HC Ramesh, HC Arvind, Ct. Sandeep, Ct. Aizaz Ali, Ct. Kuldeep and Ct. Sandeep was constituted under the close supervision of Sh. Om Parkash, ACP/Daryaganj (also looking after the work of ACP/DIU) /Central District.
On 05-06-2012, a specific input was received regarding sale of duplicate spare parts of BOSCH India Limited in Hauz Qazi, Delhi. This information was further developed and a raid was conducted at H. No. 4832, Gali Namak Phatak, Hauz Qazi, Delhi and duplicate 459 nozels, 490 elements, 856 delivery valves, 2074 packing materials, 69357 duplicate stickers and some raw materials of BOSCH India Limited Company were recovered. The police team has apprehended the accused person. A case under Copy Right Act was registered at P.S. Hauz Qazi, Delhi.
INTERROGATION
During interrogation, accused person revealed his identity as Sumit Arora s/o Sandeep Arora r/o 30/29, West Patel Nagar, Delhi. He disclosed that he used to procure these duplicate goods of BOSCH India Limited Company from a person namely Shazad, who used to come from Khatoli (U.P.). Accused person further disclosed that earlier he used to sell genuine spare parts in Hauz Qazi area but the earnings were very meager and not sufficient to meet his day-today expenses. About 4 years back, a casual visitor to the place of his work told him about the huge margins in selling the duplicate spare parts of BOSCH India Limited Company. Since the said company manufacturers superior quality of spare parts, he used to get good margin out of it.
Further investigation/interrogation is in progress and efforts are being made to apprehend Shazad.
RECOVERY
Duplicate 459 nozels, 490 elements, 856 delivery valves, 2074 packing materials, 69357 duplicate stickers and some raw materials of BOSCH India Limited Company.
