A Quick Look At YHWH ’s 360+4 Day Cycle

A basic reference into a more ancient method(1st temple-early 2nd temple /Zadokite structure) of how to count days and the season markers according to YHWH and His Torah.
When looking into the ancient paths of our forefathers, we are soon confronted with two opposing views concerning the Zadokite/Enochian Calendar: 364 day view vs. a 360+4 intercalary view of four special times ‘between seasons’. What we are seeking to establish is a sabbatical calendar with 12 stationary months of 30 days and four intercalary days between seasons, a solar reckoning where two equinoxes and two solstices are not included in the count of the months, but are regarded as extra monthly special marker times/”days “that lead the months as well as separate the seasons.
Once aware of the issue, it is then possible to train your mind to recognize and do the math when encountering familiar scriptural accounts. Knowing that 360 days is the same as 12- 30 day months. This type of reckoning is found in various places in scripture.
One scriptural record that requires a 360+4 understanding is found in Beresheet/Gen. 7 11-24; 8:3-4
11In the six hundredth year of Noaḥ’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great deep were broken up, and the windows of the heavens were opened.

12And the rain was on the earth forty days and forty nights.

13On that same day Noaḥ and Shĕm and Ḥam and Yepheth, the sons of Noaḥ, and Noaḥ’s wife and the three wives of his sons with them, went into the ark,

14they and every living creature after its kind, and every beast after its kind, and every creeping creature that creeps on the earth after its kind, and every bird after its kind, every bird of every sort.

15And they went into the ark to Noaḥ, two by two, of all flesh in which is the breath of life.

16And those going in, male and female of all flesh, went in as Elohim had commanded him, and יהוהshut him in.

17And the flood was on the earth forty days, and the waters increased and lifted up the ark, and it rose high above the earth.

18And the waters were mighty and greatly increased on the earth, and the ark moved about on the surface of the waters.

19And the waters were exceedingly mighty on the earth, and all the high mountains under all the heavens were covered.

20The waters became mighty, fifteen cubits upward, and the mountains were covered.

21And all flesh died that moved on the earth – birds and cattle and beasts and every creeping creature that creeps on the earth, and all mankind.

22All in whose nostrils was the breath of the spirit of life, all that was on the dry land, died.

23So He wiped off all that stand, which were on the face of the ground – both man and beast, creeping creature and bird of the heavens. And they were wiped off from the earth. And only Noaḥ was left, and those with him in the ark.

24And the waters were mighty on the earth, one hundred and fifty days.
Beresheet/Gen.8:3
3And the waters receded steadily from the earth, and at the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters diminished.

4And in the seventh month, the seventeenth day of the month, the ark rested on the mountains of Ararat

Here we see YHWH gives us the months and days of the beginning and end of the flood. This account covers 5 months, which would span two seasons. The number of days is repeated twice for extra emphasis! From 2/17 to 7/17 the summer solstice and fall equinox would have already occurred ALLEGEDLY AS SOME STILL STUBBORNLY ASSERT at the head of the 4rd and 7th months instead of as dividers before those months. If the season markers were counted with days of the month as day 1 as some assert, the total would be 152 days! So, either YHWH can’t count, or He does not count season markers with the number of the ‘days’ in the months. This count is also verified in Sefer Ha Yoveleem/Jub. 5:27, as a second witness.
