Our Preschool and Toddler programs are designed to runsimultaneouslyor independent ofeach other depending on enrollment. I have found that preschool children benefit greatly from having theopportunity to engage with and work alongside younger children and toddlers also benefit from watching and playing alongside their older role models. My goal of creating these programs is to offer children a nurturing and safe environment to grow and learn
Preschool & Toddler Program:Our program is designed to offer your child the opportunity to learn through play, as well as monthly themes and hands on activities in Art, Math, Science and Language Arts. Our daily rhythm and routine helps balance your child’s natural curiosity, with the learning of gentle boundaries. Our emphasis is on honoring the spirit of every child and fostering relationships and social and academic readiness skills.

***Heartworks Montana is based on a nine-month school year and follows the Bozeman Public School systems calendar unless otherwise stated. Monthly tuition reflects all closure dates. A calendar of closure dates and reminder notices will be posted. Heartworks Montana will be closed for a maximum of 4 weeks during the summer.An 8-week summer camp program will be offered during non-school months.
***An annual tuition increase of 5% can be expected.

1:30-3:00 Quiet/Rest time
3:00-3:30 Free exploreafternoon dismissal.
Enrollment: Before enrollment in the Toddler or Preschool program at Heartworks Montana is granted all parties must meet and make sure it is a good fit for the family, child and teacher. The program’s intimate atmosphere of no more than six children and one teacher allows the children to learn and explore at their own pace while having ample one on one time with the teacher and peers. Because of this, it is vital that everyone in the program feels comfortable, safe and loved.
Admissions requirements: All of the following forms listed below must be submitted by your child’s first day of school. No child will be admitted without current immunization records.
- A meeting with me, you and your child
- Completed and signed parent-provider contract
- A $50 (non-refundable) one time application fee
- State of Montana certificate of immunization
- A Pediatric Health Statement *NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED BY PHYSICIAN
- An emergency Contact and Parental Consent form
- Infant feeding schedule (Children 0-24 months only)
- A $125 annual supply fee and first months tuition
Tuition: Includes insurance, annual state licensure and recertification classes. Tuition is due on the first of each month with a $25 late fee accrued after the 5th.
Application and Annual supply fee: A non-refundable $50 application fee is due upon your child’s acceptance into the program. A yearly supply fee of $125 is due with your child’s first tuition payment
Student Withdrawal: Thirty days written notice to the School Director is required before withdrawing a child from the school. Director also reserves the right to give parents a 30 days notice of child’s termination from the program.
Snack/Lunch: Children in the preschool program bring their own sack lunch. We offer a healthy morning snack with a combination of grains/fruits/vegetables & dairy for each program. (If your child has special dietary needs I will do my best to accommodate this, however you may be asked to provide all or part of your child’s snack items.)
*** Heartworks is a peanut and tree nut free school. No peanut products may be brought into the school.
