The venue will be inspected for grading by the officials/judges during the course of the show and based on the pre-inspection we expect the venue will be awarded the official grading status. As such riders, should receive their points accordingly.

CLOSING DATE: 27 February, 2017. Late entries will be accepted with a R50 surcharge per class and only in recreational classes

PRIZE MONEY: Recreational classes: Rosettes only, sponsored prizes if available.

Graded classes: 40% of entry fees less levies & sponsorship if available

Membership: Minimum registration with SAEF & a Club, DSA and SASJ as a Recreational /Social Rider is required

NOTES: All SAEF, FEI, SASJ, DSA and ground rules will apply. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel, combine or restrict classes should entries so warrant or according to prevailing circumstances. SAEF, SASJ, DSAnor Uplands Equestrian Centre/Uplands College, nor their representatives shall be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft, injury or death sustained by horses, riders, appointed officials, the public or their property. All mounted riders must wear hard hats.

Refunds - 70% will be made if show is cancelled only – not postponed.

In the interest of the welfare of the horse, a horse may only enter 2 classes per day.
