Final balance must be paid 40 days before the event.

Tables are of 12 persons so if your party is less than this other guests will be added to your table which will then be a mixed table.

General Evening information:

Booking:

  • Bookings can only be made in writing via email directly to Andrea or Phil at , enclosing the booking form; this can be photocopied, or scanned but NOT Photographed.
  • As mentioned bookings are not confirmed until the full deposit for the group is paid
  • The deposit for a group is required in full at the time of booking
  • We do not accept individual payments at any times for single members of a group.
  • All payments must be arranged through a lead contact and paid in one full amount.
  • If you are paying at the Southern Pavilion, please ring and arrange an appointment with Andrea or Phil to make sure someone is here to collect it as other staff cannot receive the monies – ring 01903 366017 or email

Balances and invoices:

  • Balance requests will be invoiced out 60 days before the event with payment due 40 days prior to your event and failure to pay this will result in the loss of your deposit and booking which will be re-let to other people who wish to book or who are on the waiting list.
  • Any payments;including deposits or full balances will receive a receipted invoiceand/or a confirmation of payment in an email within 3 weeks of payment.
  • Full group balances need to be made in full as stated on the invoice and not as instalments or separate group payments.
  • We cannot accept Individual full balance payments from individuals who are part of a group.

3 Course Dinner:

  • Menu choices are enclosed with the booking from and are to be sent back at the same time to confirm the booking.
  • Please note individual menu returns will not be accepted, therefore please do not send back or email individual menus options, these must be sent to the group leader who must submit the menu form as a complete form with all member’s options on it.
  • A coffee station at the side of the room will be available after dinner and is servedup to 9.30pm
  • Any allergies will need to be identified on the menu option form and must be returned at the same time.
  • Roast potatoes will be available without goose fat, as well as gluten free gravy andgluten free rolls will also be available.
  • Each table seating layout will be set out in number order of your food choice, in accordance to your completed food option form, i.e. numbers 1-12 will be on one table in that number order, similar if less than 12.
  • We cannot reserve tables or specific areas due to the variation of tables and group numbers on the night. We therefore reserve the right to create the table plan and seating to maximise the use of the space available as we see fit.

Drinks

  • Bottles of wine and other drinks can be ordered on arrival at the bar
  • There will be no tabs on the evening
  • Floor waitress service will not apply
  • Pre order wine orders will not be accepted

Table Plans:

  • If your group number is less than a table of 12 other persons will be joining your table.
  • For numbers greater than 12 but not whole tables of 12 these will be spread across your tables, and additional people will be added.
  • For example- a group booking of 28 will consist of two tables of 12 then a table of 4 with 8 other people joining the table.

Arrival Times/Finish times:

  • The food and show will start at 7.00pm with the door opening from 6.30pm; please do not be late!
  • Information will be sent out nearer the time reconfirming these details to the group leader
  • The evening will finish at 11.45pm
  • It is advised to pre book taxis and transport home before the evening event as the staff are not permitted to do this.
  • It is also advised to take care walking up and down the pier as it may be slippery and wet.
  • Evening dinner dress is not required but feel free to dress up and embrace the evening’s theme; have as much fun as you wish with this!
  • We shall not be liable or responsible regarding the evening event for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under our contract with you that is caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, storm and high winds (force 9 or higher), excessive tidal surge, interruption of utilities, serious damage to the venue, a pandemic or epidemic.We will not be liable for cancellation caused by these events.
  • If, as a result of such events, we believe we have no alternative but to cancel your event, we will contact the lead person in your group as soon as is reasonably practicable, we would then ask that this lead person contacts all the other members of the party to let them know.
  • If we have to cancel the event you will be refunded your monies minus the £20 deposit which is non- refundable on the 31st day after the event to allow time for administration etc. You may also transfer to one of the otherChristmas party nightsif you wish,subject to availability.
