·  Don’t know if everyone on my team thought it was very relevant for them. It was for me, but…? Also, thought there should have been more flexibility around extending the “panel” portion of the session. Especially since there were so many questions.

·  AM session was extremely helpful, PM session was somewhat helpful.

·  The green sheet…In our school/In your team

·  Stages of development

·  Stages of development

·  Raising money for field trips by fundraising

·  Next step: shared leadership worksheet –share this with those who currently do not hold authority/control

What do you see as your team’s most challenging barrier(s) to implementing shared leadership?

·  Meet up and think different ways to do…

·  Understanding each others role in building the community schools and not overstepping boundaries

·  Leadership from principal and time –there is none!

·  It seems that we already are on our way

·  Getting staff and community involved

·  Idioma

·  Lack of consistency and follow up when we leave the academy session. We need to make time to debrief and meet between sessions.

What additional kinds of technical assistance (or other resources) would help your team to overcome these barriers?

·  Any ideas?!?

·  I have no idea –having our principal meet with a principal from another place. Too bad he couldn’t be here today L

·  Staff development for importance of parent involvement

What other topic(s) would you have liked to cover?

·  What the kids role is in shared leadership

·  I would like to hear about shared leadership from the CAS model. I want to know how parents and youth are involved

Do you have any additional comments or questions?

·  The session was very informative to adults but not too engaging for the children. It was a bit boring for them.

·  I was exhausted in the afternoon!

·  Half day sessions are preferred and would be appreciated! J

·  Also I would like some staff from IS218 to come talk to us about day to day goings on of a community school

·  Our team at least those present have a high level of engagement but feel disjointed because we don’t feel there is any leadership from the administration (3 principals)
