Mascon solution to voice enable the automatic delivery of authorization key over telephone consists of a PC (Win2000 OS) with a fourport CTI card, ASR engine (to recognize the serial number, install ID & name) and a software to be developed by Mascon. The implementation will be based on the Tier 4 Nuance Voice Platform along with the Name and Address capture suite. Let us call this system VKDS (Voice enabled Key Delivery System).
VKDS will be connected to maximum of four analog telephone lines (could be PSTN lines or PABX extensions) to receive the calls from customers and to the database system, which generates the authorization code, over the LAN.
In real scenario the end user will call the technical support number and choose the option to retrieve the Authorization Code over the phone. When an end user chooses this option the call will be routed to the telephony card.
The Telephony card will retrieve the call and run the application where the prompts play and gets the necessary info needed to retrieve the Authorization Code like the First name, Last name, Organization Name, Serial Number and Install ID that will be recognized by the ASR and will interact with the database to get the corresponding Authorization Code that is needed to continue the installation process.RoleProject Management, Technical Lead

EClip feature description
EClip is the service offered by the CVS System to all Service providers/SMS Operators where the user selects the particular greeting to be sent to his/her friends from the Magazines and Daily News papers.
The user has to signup with the SMS Service provider and gets either a prepaid or a postpaid connection for this service. Once the service is established the user sends the code of the message taken from the Newspapers and dials the number to be sent to the SMS operator. The SMS operator checks whether the specified number is a valid user to utilize the services and if valid sends the 3 Para metered data to the 701. The CVS system keeps on polling the 701 port for any messages and if there are any, retrieves them and puts in the CVS server where the comparison and validation takes place with the database and corresponding message is picked out from the database.
Once the greeting is picked the CTI server has to dial the selected number and play the greeting message to Teenage Mobile user.
